Principle of operation
The operating principle of the sensor is based on the vibration principle of the component part, that is, the tuning fork part immersed in the liquid under test. The tuning fork part vibrates through an internal piezoelectric device fixed to the bottom of the fork body. The oscillation frequency is measured by a secondary piezoelectric device fixed to the other end of the tuning fork, and the signal is amplified by a circuit at the top. The liquid density is closely related to the vibration frequency of the measured liquid. When the density of the measured liquid changes, the vibration frequency of the measured liquid will also change. From this equation, the density of the measured liquid can be precisely calculated in meters.

In the process of density detection, the NYDE-CR insertion densitometer can automatically compensate the influence of temperature on the density of the measured medium (D), while the influence of pressure on the density is not significant.
